Formerly the god of the elemental order, Yeneer, he entered the Black Pit with the other gods, and the poisonous Black Pit mist turned Yeneer into a hulking, furry monster with razor-sharp teeth and claws to match, and he then became Lord Brimstone. His strategy in battle is of less thinking, and more killing, due in large part to his lack of intelligence and wild animal spirit. He always does as he is told and is a force to be reckoned with on any battlefield. It’s rumored that even one of the mightiest of the humanoid resistance forces shrank back a couple of steps when they faced off with this intimidating beast for the first time.
Lord Brimstone is constantly angered by his lack of intelligence, as prior to venturing into the Black Pit and becoming affected by the green mist, Yeneer was one of the most intelligent of the gods. With the mist attacking his brain, however, he was left with only enough intelligence to know that he is no longer anywhere near as smart as he used to be.
Loyal to the cause, Lord Brimstone follows orders readily but, unlike his brother Lord Void, he tends to get the details of his missions mixed up. This leads to missions being unsuccessful which directly leads to more abuse for him that he never truly comprehends the reason for.
While perfectly adept at magic that falls within the Elemental Order, such as conjuring waves of fire and water, Lord Brimstone prefers to let his angry fists do his talking. Still, if pushed into a corner and he has absolutely no other choice, he has been known to let loose powerful spells that can destroy an entire battalion of soldiers in an instant.
