In the winter, this bridge becomes almost untraversable due to the heavy icy which coats the smooth concrete surface. However, since this bridge is the only way to reach the keep by land (air travel is available to those who can afford it) most people do not attempt to make the trek during the winter months, instead saving all of their non-emergency business for the warmer months of the year.
